Q.How do I book and is the deposit refundable?
A.
Booking is done through our website or by contacting us directly. A deposit is required to secure your date and is applied toward your total balance. Deposits are non-refundable.
Q.What happens if I need to cancel my rental?
A.If you cancel more than 7 days before your event, any payments beyond the deposit may be refunded or converted into a raincheck. If you cancel within 7 days, your deposit will be issued as a raincheck valid for one year.
Q.What happens if the weather is bad?
A.If severe weather is expected before delivery, we will work with you to reschedule based on availability or issue a raincheck. Once equipment has been delivered and set up, the order is considered fulfilled and no refunds will be issued, regardless of weather.
Q.What time do you deliver and pick up?
A.Delivery typically takes place between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, and pickup begins after 7:00 PM. Exact timing depends on our delivery route and will be confirmed the week of your rental.
Q.Do I need to be there for delivery?
A.Yes. Someone must be present at the time of delivery to show our crew where to set up. If no one is available, setup may be delayed or unable to be completed.
Q.What are the setup area requirements?
A.The setup area must be clean, level, and free of debris, sharp objects, and pet waste. We do not set up on rock, gravel, or unsafe surfaces. If the area is not suitable at arrival, setup may be refused and the rental may still be considered fulfilled.
Q.What do I need for power?
A.Each inflatable requires a working 110V outlet within 50 feet. Units with multiple blowers must be plugged into separate outlets on separate breakers. Customer-provided extension cords are not allowed unless approved. If proper power is not available, setup may not be completed.
Q.Do I need to supervise the equipment?
A.Yes. A responsible adult (18 years or older) must supervise the equipment at all times. You are responsible for ensuring all participants follow safety rules and use the equipment properly.
Q.When should inflatables NOT be used?
A.Inflatables should not be used during unsafe weather conditions, including high winds (20 mph or greater), thunderstorms, or lightning. If conditions become unsafe, all users must exit immediately and use must stop.
Q.What is NOT allowed on the equipment?
A.The following are strictly prohibited: silly string, water balloons, food, drinks, gum, confetti, foam, pets, and any sharp or hard objects. These items can cause permanent damage and unsafe conditions. A minimum $125 cleaning fee will apply if excessive cleaning is required. If equipment is damaged, you are responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.
Q.Can the equipment be moved after setup?
A.No. Once installed, equipment must remain in place and properly anchored. Do not move, adjust, or remove anchors for any reason.
Q.Can you set up at parks or other locations?
A.Yes, but you are responsible for obtaining any required permits and ensuring the location has proper access to power, water, and a suitable setup area. If setup cannot be completed due to site conditions, the rental may still be considered fulfilled.
Q.What happens if the inflatable starts deflating or stops working?
A.If the unit begins to deflate, have all riders exit immediately. First, check that the blower is plugged in and the outlet or breaker has not tripped. Make sure the air tube is securely attached. If everything appears connected and the issue continues, contact us right away. Do not continue using the equipment while it is deflated or malfunctioning. Call us immediately and we will assist with troubleshooting or come out to resolve issue.
Q.Can I keep the rental longer or add extra time?
A.Yes, in many cases we can extend your rental depending on availability. Overnight rentals are available for an additional fee, and multi-day rentals can also be arranged. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to extend your time so we can confirm availability and update your order.
